I am looking foward to indulging in his talents and knowledge as i go visit Resto and/or Rob&#039;s Bistro..Being I am still in the food industry as a Line Cook I am interested to see more of Chef Rob&#039;s talents in more dishes.</description>

		<description>I love Rob&#039;s Bistro.  In many ways it reminds me of A Toute Heure in Cranford.  The waitstaff never fails to please, they know the demands my wife and mom-in-law put on a kitchen.  A Toute Heure was equally able to please them.

Rob&#039;s uses the best ingredients in portions not overwhelming to the diner.  The byob policy also charms!

I am happy to say that Rob&#039;s is a little bit of Balthazar in Madison, NJ.
